The manual says to open the door in the back of the glove compartment and the fuse box is there. It is, but I can't find the spare fuses or tweezers. The manual says they are on the "distributor box". Where is that? Thanks.

The tweezers (if my memory serves me right) are actually located on the fuse box itself. You might need a flashlight to see it.

That is correct. They are there, just use the flashlight conveniently located to your left.
