I need some help - wondering if anyone knows how to do or has done a differential swap?

I want to swap a 3.23 LSD from a '98 M3 into my '97 328 5spd w/2.93 open --- what do I need?

I know some about the swap - but I want step-by-step Diff Swaps For Dummies type instructions, or writeups, or anything you can provide.

you basically just unbolt the half shafts and drive shaft.. the diff bolts and it comes out... bolt back in. easier said than done but thats the basics.

Hrm - do I need to get the M3 halfshaft for my car, a 328, if I'm swapping in a 3.23?
