Our shipment methods have been compromised on this last batch of shipments.

We have received a total of 5 broken mounting bracket lights and one fully broken front glass of the ZKWs.

That's a 10% failure rate which is 9.9999% more than I am interested in achieving.

While some of you (actually all) have been notified, those of you with a remaining dissatisfaction that has been unfulfilled need to contact me.

I would like to offer my sincerest apologies on behalf of my team.

We will do better next time. Our shipping methods, packaging, logistics, and timing are undergoing a significant revamp and WILL improve.

Please give us the benefit of the doubt the next time you consider purchasing a truly high quality set of lights from a high quality vendor.

Again, I sincerely apologize on behalf of my team.

Should you have ANY questions I'm available for discussion.

We @ Umnitza are dedicated to the best service and NO cover-ups. That's why we put this publicly to light.

We're NOT like Ford and the Firestone debacle - we take responsibility for our actions (and fire those that are at fault :D:D ):D:D

Guys, I buy from ZKW's from Matt at Umnitza for my customers.

Some of the ZKW's that my customers received were affected by the problems Matt's talking about. I'd just like to say that Matt was a real champ about making sure everything was resolved and that my customers and I were completely and totally satisfied. (Not to mention he was pretty upset that it was happening in the first place -- he really cares).

This guy's customer service is outstanding. Seriously. :buttrock

Matt is the best when it comes to customer service. He has gone beyond what I as a customer have expected from a vendor. He will do everything in his power to make it right.

After having trouble getting my ZKW's delivered I finally received one light tyhat was damaged due to a lack of proper packing material. I asked Matt for a refund which he immediately transferred to my Paypal account. This is the way to retain customers- set an example and do the right thing. Thanks Matt for doing the right thing.

I bought two replacement lenses for my ZKW's from Matt @ Umnitza and his superior service makes me want to find something else to buy from him.

The lenses were packed so well that you could have dropped them from a B52 over Saddam's head and they would have still been in perfect shape!

I just can't wait to get my car back so I can actually install them. :D

maybe I'll just get another set of HIDs for the bimmer from Umnitza and bask in the confidence that Matt provides in the transaction. ;)
