I have an Electric Red 2002 540i with a build date of 3/02 and am wondering about the availability of Electric Red as the brochure I got off of flea Bay does not show any other solid or non-metalic colors other than black and white. Also the "What's New" for 2002 shows that Electric Red is dropped along with a bunch of colors replaced by new ones.

So is there a story about the colors? Tried searching and there wasn't much that turned up. I really expected to see my color in the brochure...kinda wierd.
