Anyone ever seen a laguna seca ti? I'd be very interested to see some pics of some different colored ti's. Byzanz? Techno Violet? Calypsorot?

Someone repainted their ti LSB, and it actually looks pretty nice too!
I was about to buy a Calypsorot ti, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted.
If I find the LSB ti, I'll post up pics.

I'm picturing a byzanz ti with black rims, some dark tint, blacked out tails and smoked corners and fogs. damn i wish i had the money to make my dreams come true!

Actually, they are gunmetal. This spring I thinking going to get some SSR GT3s, but, I want to see if I can take them to a wheel repair place to have the centres unbolted and powder coated Gunmetal.. think it would look sweet with the polished lip.

Other than that, the car is a work in progress. Finally sourced a Sport Rear bumper to bring the car back to it's original specs (it was hit once and the rear bumper replaced with a standard piece) And I have a Carbon Fibre hood I am currently modding to match the ACS CLS2 hood.. I will get it painted the same time the entire car gets done this spring/early summer

That LSB Ti isn't actually as bad as I originally would have expected... I usually hate LSB on E36s!

The "rarest" color I've ever seen on one personally is Navarro Violet Metallic... looks almost black.

There was this list, originally from Autotrader I think, on a 318ti.org thread (props to lkwd318ti), although I've never even heard of alot of them from the earlier years, much less seen them on a Ti:

i like it. i gotta get it re-sprayed tho.... my hood is COVERED in rock chips. bad. i wanna get m3 sideskirts, and mirrors first.

i was thinking of maybe getting the paintshop to make it same color, but metallic...

My first BMW - a 1995 318ti I custom ordered in Dakar Yellow II, 5 speed, Active package, and limited slip differential. I could not afford an M3, this was the best I could do back in '95. It took 4 months for the special order. The dealer told me the body was painted at the M3 facility (Regensburg?) and transported to the 318ti assembly line (Dingolfing?). I have never seen another Dakar Yellow 318ti in the US, saw a few in Sweden/Norway back in 1999.
It was sold in 2000 and has not been seen since...anybody seen it?

Wow...I would imagine this is pretty rare, I have never seen that color on a ti before. Not a fan of yellow myself, but props for rarity.

It's probably an "Individual" car seeing that he had to custom order it.

Theres a guy with a amazing looking dakar ti in England. Its modified perfectly.

I was kidding about the NOS. That button was the cheap way the previous owner fixed the broken steering slip ring.

I just left the button when I replaced the slip ring.
I don't need any more power. The M3 engine already spins the 235/40-17 rears in 1-3.

Also, my interior looks almost black in normal light.
The camera flash makes it glow Barney.

i saw the sweetest ti today. hellrot with a black california top. too bad the hot chick (stupid, but hot) tried to open it, in a canadian winter for whatever reason, and it wouldnt close all the way. haha. driving down the freeway with the roof open 6 inches.

The yellow ti looks pretty sweet, didn't expect that. As for the LSB . . Wow; I'd sure like to see that in person!! I thought about that color, but I've been told to just stay with my original color. Really awesome cars though!
