Black E36 M3 Coupe, looked stock on DSII's was on the right shoulder of I-90 Eastbound about a quarter mile before the first tunnel entrance (directly across from where the Southbound I-5 traffic merges).

Front end was pretty smashed it...couldn't tell if someone else had been hit or if it had hit the wall on the right.

You'll have to check the language of your policy regarding if you actually have to use their "preferred" shops. Insurance companies will always try to push you towards those shops--whether or not you actually have to use them is up to the language of your policy.
