Hi guys,

I have a 2006 3.0i and the oil level has been full until last week. The indicator is one block from the full line but it still says "OK" on the screen.

QUESTION: Is it normal to have some oil disappear due to driving styles? I drive the freeway a lot at speeds between 80-90mph. Please help. Thanks

Do a search on "oil consumption." You'll find that oil consumption on a BMW engine is TYPICAL, and probably find more information than you'd ever want to know.
