I went to a salvage yard up in that area for subby parts one time. The office was like an art gallery and all they had was imports, it was interesting...west bay or something

try bodywerks (http://www.bodywerks.com/), and partsgalore usually has some stuff too

Most salvage yards around here don't have anything newer than E30's. Parts galore (google map it) usually has some if you're interested.

Usually junk/bone yard get rid/sell BMW car as soon as they get them in to the highest bidder.

Bodywerks, Chris - yes.

If its an older bmw, E30/E28/E34/E32,ect ive seen quite a few of them in the imports section at Parts Galore in Detroit.

Its right at 8mile and Hoover.

I scored a 635CSI head(for the e28) and 3.91LSD(for the e30) for 200 bucks.

Both had 72k miles. :devillook
