Hi all. I took my car to MIJ performance last week and had a complete sports exhaust fitted including cats. The exhaust is made from scratch and it took 5 1/2 hours to complete. I was asked what sound i wanted so i just said i wanted it to sound like a proper V12. After they had taken the oem exhaust off they started it up and said thats basically what it will sound like
I have been grinning ever since as it sound so good and i like the look at the back. Its best to drive the car in tiptronic as you can listen to it sing.

Ive taken a couple of pics.

Wow, very sweet sounding. I'm jealous.

I plan on getting my exhaust really soon. Probably going with the Magnaflows.

Thanks. They did cut the rear apron but only up to the top of the bend. I asked them to cut it higher but they said it would'nt look right. Who am i to argue :chainsaw
What id like to do is use my camcorder but im not sure how i can transfer it onto my laptop to then put on youtube.
1 thing i did notice when i was taking the vid was that it smelt very rich and was popping a bit.

It sort of looks to me like if they trimmed the rear apron higher it would leave quite a significant gap between the top of the tips and the bottom of the new opening. Lexicon I think your tips exit higher than his do. In order to acheive your same look they may have to shorten his hangers to get the tips to exit the apron at a higher level.

That said, I agree it would be worth doing. But in any case the note is quite nice and sportier sounding!

shamrockmac5: I think that is what they are saying, cut the holes higher and also raise the tips.
