Bmw Rollin'

Well, the time has come. I recently purchased my E46 M3 and am looking to get rid of my 97 328i.. It saddens me to let it go, but paying insurance on two cars doesn't make sense. The car has appx. 103,000 miles on it. Some other info about the car:
Interior:
Kenwood Excelon cd deck
Wired for amp+sub in the rear
Bimmian weighted shift knob (silver)
Bimmian e-brake handle (silver)

Exterior:
M3 front bumper + rear diffuser
Oem E36 spoiler
Velocity Splitters
French yellow foglights
Depo ellipsoids w/ 6000k Prolumens
M3 moldings all around w/ motorsport badges, painted jet black
Blacked out kidney's w/ mesh
Clears front and back, smoked sidemarkers
M3 Mirrors
Debadged
20% tint all around

M50 manifold (not yet installed)
5 Speed tranny swap, used to be an auto
3.23 LSD rear diff
Wheels:
19x8 BBS LM reps (no rash at all)
Kumho SPT tires
Additional parts to be included:
All stock/oem parts that I still have
-Suspension
-Exhaust
-Front bumer
-Intake
-Lights
-Differential
-Kidney grills
Recent maintenance completed:
Complete overhaul of cooling system, new radiator, water pump, thermostat, fan switch, hoses, FDM.
Edit: Forgot that I just redid brakes this summer, Brembo Blanks w/ PBR Deluxe low dusting pads. F&R.
New spark plugs, fuel filter.
Replaced LCAs and LCABs.
The car is in excellent shape. Interior is in great shape, exterior is also in excellent condition for its age. The engine still pulls very strong and the intake and exhaust sound great. Clutch is still in good condition and shifter is nice and smooth. I did complete the auto/manual swap on the car so the tranny light and CEL light are both on. Tranny light will just need to be removed from the dash. CEL light will need a reflash from the dealer. Hasn't really bothered me so i have not taken it in. Would want to get it fixed before next October for emissions. If not, you can pay $250 at an emissions specialist and get a waiver.
The only negative is the transmission has a slight grind in second gear from about 3000 rpms to 3500 rpms. Not noticeable in every day driving, only during semi-aggressive driving. If you are really pushing it, you won't ever notice it as you'll be driving above that RPM range. I had my dad take the car out one day to see if he noticed anything, he had no idea what I was talking about as he did not experience it. If you choose to, a used transmission would run appx. $500 w/ install about the same. So you could in essence throw a new tranny in for about a grand.
I was aiming at selling the car for $8,000 but due to the tranny issue, i'd be willing to accept $7,000. If I can't get close to $7,000 i'll likely keep the car. It saddens me to sell this car! For those old school DTMpower and BF guys, they've seen this car transform from the ground up since i've owned it. Thanks for looking!
