It definitely adds HP and gives the midrange more zip. I dyno'd my car with another car that didn't have the URI crank pulley and i put 5rwhp and a little more torque than he did. My car should've made more power up top because my a/f ratios were all over the place from 5800 to 6500.

I highly recommend this mod and its proven performance, there are some downsides though. You cannot use this with a LTW flywheel or the underdrive pulley kits (which add 0 hp).

Last is, how hard are these to install?

This will fit a 323 and if you can turn a wrench, you should be able to do this. You just have to be careful around the radiator. It's a good time to do a fan delete/cooling system upgrade while you're working in that area. Finally, this is a very good price.
