It's a nice car, but I don't endorse trying to increase your business's bottom line without paying any advertising fees or sponsorship monies to this forum. Bimmerforums does not operate on a substantial cashflow and it is largely a hobby of the main admin, Kevlar, and 100% of the moderators. I think if you are running a legitimate business you should be willing to act the part and pay for increasing your bottom line, like any normal business.

The seller isn't claiming a show car. I can do a pre-sale inspection for $75 if anyone is interested.

...just seems shady to me with a *dealer* posting on bimmerforums and dropping the price a few times, offering an escort (a joke obviously) while omitting any real details about the maintenance ( which we all know is of significant importance...) on a 99 m3! for 9k especially!! you'd be lucky to get an 95 for around the same mileage...forget the fact that a 95 is odb1 and look at the prices for 96-99 m3's.. Ive been in the market and this is the last car that i'd buy, waaaaay to shady. i vote let him keep it...i was looking at a 95 with the same mileage for 8500

^I think you are a joke, while 99 M3's may be worth upwards of 14-15k. The market is truly slim on anyone looking to spend More than 10k on car period! Whether it be a 2001 S500 Benz, 2004 Acura TL's, 04+ Maxima's, G35's, S2000's etc. This is good for others to keep in mind when purchasing a car over $10k. I will undoubtedly sell this car for $9k. Once I dropped the price I have received countless Calls on the car, Dont be a hater go pick up a 12 yr old M3 for the same price as mine.

BTW. You can have a PSI done for under $100 by a vendor on the forum.

that car had a rebuilt title, it had been salvaged

No, Engine/transmission/clutch are good, From 60mph hard braking, the wheel will shutter (I think it will need a front brake job) BTW: In response to your PM for $6k... well 99 323 is worth more than that.

a 99 323is can be an e36 i know someone with one. everyone says this about this vehicle. I had Mike Radowski do a complete PPI on the vehicle. He wrote a 2 page report on the condition and even attatched new pictures with it that he took while doing the inspection. I have fully paid for the vehicle and I will let everyome know how it is.
