I love this car, however, my wife and I are thinking about buying a new house and I could use the cash as part of our down. I have all records and the car has been properly maintained. In the last 6 months I have upgraded the brake pads (Axxis), new Brembo rotors, installed a short throw shifter and Red Line to the gear box and differential. Also has DICE iPod. I purchased it last November and Eastside Bavarian in Issaquah, WA inspected it and said it looked like it had 20,000 miles on it and that they had never seen one this nice with 60000+ miles. All suspension, balljoints, shock mounts, etc were and continue to be in excellent condition. The previous owner replaced the radiator and all hoses. It has 72000 miles and really is in excellent condition. $21,500.

Anyhow, you guys know what you are looking for in an e39, so I won't waste anymore time. This is the one.
