I highly recommend their shop in San Diego. You know they mean business when all you see are ferrari, porsche, and beemers at the shop. I ordered my PSS9s through them and received next day, ready to install a day earlier than originally planned. While the suspension was getting done, they did a complete diagnostic for me and found my tensioner belts at the brink of failure, and replaced them for me accordingly same day. I don't trust anyone with my M5, but that changed after going to EMS. Big ups to Kurt and Blaise @ EMS for high class craftsmanship and service:buttrock:woot:
