Was driving my usual 60 mile commute home today, I drove the ZHP for a change and just as I was getting to a spot in the highway with lots of curves I see a car in my rear view. Just then a car pulled out of a driveway infront of me and slowed me down. Seconds later a black Benz was behind me. Next chance to pass the slow car I took it, so did the benz :redspot. Were both cruising down the twisties at a good pace, and he ends up exiting the freeway just before my exit. As he pulls next to me we both honk and wave, was a mid 30's guy in a suit :).
Car said e320 on the back :dunno . I didnt see AMG or anything so I have no idea if it was slow or what. Made my drive home fun though :buttrock

If it was an E320 it wasn't an AMG.
AMG's don't have a 3rd numeric digit.
C32 AMG, C36 AMG, C43 AMG and so on and so forth.
I saw the only worthy mercedes in action this weekend and it was Legen...wait for it....Dary!

Which one?
The new C-class sedans look pretty good, but probably aren't very fun to drive.

I think an E55 would be a decent daily driver, if someone else was paying for maintenance/repairs and insurance...

no joke, those things seem to be just a big money pit. and that's sayin something coming from a bimmer owner! My pops has a G500 and there's always something stupidly wrong with it. Don't get me wrong the thing kicks ass but it can't go 2000 miles w/o something going wrong, then everytime it gets brought in to get something fixed, they seem to find about $2500 worth of "broken" parts

Don't be so quick to judge, the new C63 has 450hp & 443 lb.ft. And a suspension that is more is more than up to the task.
Last few mags had some nice articles on it.

Oh, I just meant the regular C-class cars...does the AMG even have a third pedal?
