whats teh build date? look on your cars DME and if the last three numbers on it are 402 then it will work. the number will start with 0 261... look at this pic. for reference

Find the number or the DME itself? The number is below the bold "Bosch", the last 3 on this one are 413. The DME itself is located directly behind the glove box in the engine compartment. It will most likely be covered by a plastic panel, just remove the panel and pull out the DME.

OK so i think im interested i have the maroon label that ends in 402 and i think the build date is 12/91. So this will work? what kind of gains will i get from this?

+12hp, +15 lb/ft. I got the wrong chip for my car, thought mine ended in 402 as well, but it ends in 403.
