Well, the deals on the new MC's are much to tempting to pass up. I have been reading recent stories of MC's selling for 45.5k otd (a bit sceptical myself), but nonetheless, the prices are now in my ballpark.
Question is this... the rebate program is set to expire today (Oct. 31) and my experience is that rebates usually remain in place until dealers have sold a sufficient amount of car, which it doesn't look like BMW has done. If the cars are still not selling, they increase the rebates, right? Not trying to be greedy, as I think 7500 off is outstanding, but should I take a gamble and see what BMW does for November... my birthday is month :-))) or should I walk to my dealer today and pull the trigger.
Thanks for the advise.

The MC's are inside the range of 3.0Si now...
I don't think they get any lower, and if they do, it won't be by much.
Mis an M at 45.5 by waiting for 43?

Pat,
Don't be skeptical of the low prices you see here. They are very real as I purchased at a very good price when the incentive was $5,000, so the additional $2,500 makes it even better.

I could have bought a Z4 coupe (non-M) for 12K off MSRP or $8100 off invoice. Car was $47,900 list, I was looking at $35,995 plus tax and tags. You could surely do just as well on an M or maybe better?
I know that I am crazy for not buying the car, but I have a budget of about $32K that I am trying to stick to....we'll see what happens next month!

I bought my M Coupe (Fully loaded) a week or so ago for $46400 before tax title etc. It will be interesting to see in the next few days what happens to the incentive program for November.

That's the going rate with dealers that have inventory.
With Gas prices going up & economy a little slow I expect the inventory will continue to gather dust.

You got a great deal on a great car. I just couldn't make the stretch to the M version. The discount was pretty good on the Z4 coupe I bought two months ago, in any case. Will be curious if the coupes hold their value.
