My buddy is buying a car up in Minneapolis and he needs to get it checked out before he buys it. Does anyone know of a good shop that he could have it checked out in the Minneapolis area? Addresses and phone numbers would help too. :clap:

If the car ytour freiend is considering buying is a BMW(or even a VW or Audi) I would recommend Orr Automotive 952.922.1797. Ask for Matt or Scott and tell them I sent your friend to them.:wave: :12:

What KB said...Orr is the top shop in the cities.

Otherwise, for bmw dealerships you have Sear's and Motorworks.

German autoworks is another shop to check out although I've not had or heard of anyone using them.

Since you were posting on a bmw forum, we assumed you wanted a bmw shop. You might want to try on some honda forums and see what they come up with for you. There are plenty of companies that do inspections like AAA I think. Here's a list of a few that I pulled out of the local yellow pages:
