If you're looking for something on the west end, then try Mantis Racing (www.mantisracing.com) in Oakville.

They work primarily on BMW, Porsches and VWs.

One of the premium upgrade shops in the GTA is Bavarian Motors / Raven Performance in Markham (Woodbine and Highway 7). They have about the best rates, and generally run both the BMW Advanced driving schools and about 10-12 custom 'Raven Days' as driving schools per year as well.
