They have missed three service appointments since June. I finally fired them today and it felt GOOD! If you are new to the area DO NOT use sign up for their service! Getting everything setup, however was a pain in the ass. I really want to switch to satellite TV though since TW digital cable has such shit channel selection. After I called and told them the internet went up and down more then a whores panties they finally sent someone out to check it out. Turns out it was some shoddy splitters in the appartment complex routing box... they replaced it and while I was watching the guy do it I asked him what all the cylinders were on the lines.. he said cable filters. I asked him if I were to come back and remove it would I have cable.. he said yeah.. want me to just do it now for you? and so I then had free cable TV :) MCM97 10-30-2007, 06:33 PM I swear the packet data was carried from the server to the computer by woodland creatures. Comcast wanted to go further West while Time Warner was mainly trying to head East. And we can actually get HD all the time. |
