its cool n all but that e92 m3 still has its engine warranty in tact, while the 335 doesnt.

i just cant imagine pissing away a 4 year warranty on a pretty much brand new car even if it is 70whp and 100rwtq.

And how do you know this? As in the past -- BMW would be looking to prove that your modifications caused any problems that arose...

It doesn't piss it all away, just that they can deny any warranty work related to the powertrain. I'm not familiar with BMW's 4 or 5 years of free maintenance policy but they could easily add a clause to that as well.

Lame.. you know nothing bro. My good friend has a 335i with V2 tuning and anytime he has to take it on, he swaps out the ECU. Takes him 20 minutes. Warranty fully intact..

The right bank (passenger side) metered air boot. Look on the air box!

See the two grey hose clamps -- right by the dip stick. One of the fasteners is off canter compared to the other. Level them out!

I believe they're talking about those. They aren't hose clamps? I've never had much of a chance to inspect the bay of that particular M5 before unfortunately.
