So installed Hid's in the fogs. When I turn them on they just flick once and then shut off completely. At one point they decided to work with no problem but I could never get them to work again. I was checking the voltage at the plugs, and when there is nothing connected theres no power at the plug even if the fog switch is on. Does this mean the kit is not giving enough resistance (I have the same kit installed in my low beams and it gives me no problem) .... do I need to add a resistor of some kind? Someone help me out please.
