View Full Version : FS: House in North Dallas
Hayden 10-25-2007, 11:24 PM My dad needs to sell this house reallyyyy bad. It's been on the market for far too long. Posting here so that you can tell your friends etc... if they're looking for a house.
Edit: Judging from a question that Topher asked me... I should clarify. We own this house - my dad is not the realtor. He bought the house, remodeled it, and is now selling it.
List Price: $1,200,000
Here's the link to the realtor's description:

Address: 5121 Northaven Rd. Dallas, Tx. 75229.
There are multiple pics in that link but I'll post a couple from there and some that I've taken there...

Let me know if you all have any questions and I'll ask my father and get right back to you.
Thanks and please tell anybody who's looking for a house in this price range about this house. It is excellent inside and has a BEAUTIFUL backyard.

I know enough not to buy a million dollar home in Dallas :rolleyes
If I'm spending that much, It'd be something by the lake in Flower Mound, Highland Village, or Shady Shores.
MCM97 10-26-2007, 09:11 AM I'll lay a decent sum of money down that you don't sell your house through bf.c.
Patrón 10-26-2007, 09:47 AM yes i do.
Maybe you could buy it, just put some more hours in at Stett.

nah why would he do that when he can just go play some paint ball and he'll be able to just buy that house outright with no payments.
weaksauce 10-26-2007, 11:48 AM I'd buy it, but it only has a 3 car garage.....
:D
Looks nice.

and yes it is a great price for the neighboorhood / house.
And I know that none of you will buy this house I just wanted you to inform your friends if they're looking for a house or whatever...

Woah dude woah!! Thats way too generous for a jew. Your must be loaded!
Meh house looks ok! Come out to Murphy and Wylie with that kinda cash. Much better houses and you may be lucky enough not to be able to see your neighbor.

Very noice!!!:D
I live off 544 and Murphy rd. kinda right into the edge where Wylie starts. Id love to see your car when you have it running again. (read in the FI forums that your stock HG couldnt handle the boost...) im going S/C real soon so i can join the boosted ///M community.

Awesome, actually it wasn't the stock HG that gave out, I found out I managed to hairline crack the block at 20psi but the stock HG was still holding. :shifty It was in the cyl where I melted a stock piston abut a year back so I think that was to blame.
This new setup should be better, I should be breaking it in on Sunday.
Hayden 10-27-2007, 12:14 AM wowww moving this thread back on topic
I already addressed the issue of not selling it here - I'm jsut posting / telling whoever in the offchance people who are actually LOOKING for houses can hear about this one...obviously this isn't like our main strategy...we have a realtor but I'm just letting you all know
and yes clearly you can get bigger houses for 1.2 million that's no revelation haha but you're not gna find a house this nice for this price is this nice of a neighboorhood. period.
