I saw this for sale, it is a 15 inch E36 rim with tire, would make a great spare for those of you who have removed your run flats:

I wonder what the lightest weight least room-hogging spare is that one can get for the trunk that'll let you at least move down the road slowly to get home is?

Actually, all but one of my flats over the last 16 years have been slow leak nails that a portable compressor would handle. The one exception was a large bolt + washer in the tire, whump whump whump as the tire rotated, plus flat in 5 minutes... serious show stopper, that!

Spare tire = Mobility kit +AAA
