Originally I thought I'm gonna keep my 540 for long time, but then I drove M5 ...

Details about my car:

04/1999 build date.
106xxx miles
Exterior is 8 out 10, some scratches, road rush, but nothing horrible.
Interior has just normal wear.

Since I had the car the following was replaced:
New differential (old one was making light whining noise).
New power steering pump/hoses.
New ABS Module
New valve covers/gaskets.
Water pump as preventative maintenance.
New heater valve/aux water pump.
New windshield.
Transmission fluid (Royal purple).
Oil change every 5K with BMW 5W30

Mods:
95 M3 shifter with ZHP shift knob.
Hella clear corners xenon AE headlights.
Depo clear rear lights.
Zionsville heavy duty alloy radiator with electric fan.

OEM BMW M-technic front bumper is installed (OEM wheel liners, ducts and engine bottom cover)
I have every single receipt on everything what was done since I owned the car

Car have sport or cold weather package? What other options, if any?

How many owners? Any accidents? Rust? Electrical or mechanical issues?

it's 6 speed=sport package.
Has front and rear heated seats, no rust, no accidents, no issues whatsoever, I did a lot of preventative maintenance, because I thought I'm gonna keep it forever. I forgot to add - new cluster, all pixels work, newish brakes with Axxis brake pads and new rotors on all 4 corners, new rear tires. I'm 3rd owner.

Now the car is in Minnesota, M-Tech front OEM bumper and black grills are installed, back on the market.

You have a very nice 540 at a good price, and it's good that you are flexible.
You have done all the things (Zionsville radiator, etc...) that should make this a very reliable car for a long time to come.
This is a great time to buy an M5 as the price on these has been dropping fairly quickly.
