does the windshield washer system need to be working in order to pass safety inspection here in UT? My wipers work fine, but my pump doesnt work at the moment.

what about the OBC saying "tail light failure".... i have replaced all the bulbs back there and i still cant get the damn thing to NOT say it... will i fail for that?

if your brake lights work you should pass, but for safe measures i would unplug the obc

Bought my 840 with full tint out of State and upon registering the Utah safety inspection required me to remove the front side window tint.

I've rarely had anyone check to see if my washer pump works. I usually go to a quick lube type place. I'd chance having it inspected as is. Of course, with all the snow and melting on roadways that we've had, you'll probably be motivated to fix it soon (if you haven't already).

got everything fixed and working... car is perfect now... except i need to get some new shocks...
