I can find the headlight grills and nose piece shipped to me for $120, but the hood is like $400 shipped. I need to find this stuff cheaper or I'll have to scrap the idea.

bmr people are insane. Half their parts they won't sell you because they get a better markup on new parts. And the other half they charge more than most online new oem retailers for used parts.
