The fabric is coming off of the board. The board itself is fine. It is a little more flexible than a new headliner, but fits fine.

The oil pan actually doesn't have the baffle welded in anymore. I bought a Bimmerworld oil pan baffle and wanted to buy an oil pan to have the baffle welded in, so that I could throw the pan in quickly. So I bought a pan from a junkyard, and we removed the factory baffle, only to discover that the bimmerworld baffle would not fit the pan I bought. So that is why I have this oil pan. I was just going to throw it out, but if you want it, you can just pay me $20 plus the shipping cost.
