The Dinan IATS relocation is the relocation of the air temperature sensor. The stock sensor is located under the hood near the motor and heat soaks easily when it is hot outside (California) or idling for long periods in traffic. The relocation moves the sensor down low in the front of the car away from the motor. This way it gets a truer sense of the air temperature coming into the motor and does NOT retard the timing incorrectly which kills performance. Make sense? SacM5 10-25-2007, 12:46 PM ...
