i have a 89 535i(the earlier style climate control). when i bought the car the heat/AC didnt work. the PO said it was the control panel. i bought a new panel and and it still doesnt work. its not any recieving power. any ideas?

as far as i know but i dont have a way to test it becasue the sensor in the control panel wont tell it to turn on, so until i find the leads and hook 12v up to it i dont know

As per the bentley manual you can check fuse F19 (30A) supplying the blower fan as well as the blower relay (left rear of engine compartment).
