I installed a set of Apexcone slim 35watt HID's for my foglights. My car is a 2001 330i that has xenon headlights. The lights worked fine until this morning when I turned them on and my odometer was reset to 0, my clock went blank on the dash, my passenger seat belt light came on, and the dash gauges flashed a split second or so. I emailed the vendor to ask them about it but haven't heard anything yet. Any ideas?

I was told they don't answer emails...despite being on online retailer.

have you checked the sig of Rob Levinson (UUC??) he specifically states to CALL if there is a customer service question, and NOT to email.
Personally, I would prefer to call a vendor if I have some technical question/troubleshooting. Most online vendors these days do not even offer phone support. Go to amazon.com and try and find their phone number. Go to buy.com and try to find their phone number. It's not easy. They don't publish it because it costs them more money to have someone answer your questions on the phone.
So for an online vendor to "not answer emails," does it really matter if they prefer you call in anyways?

Did you check your fuses?
I'm thinking maybe alternator too. Does your car start okay every time?

It is really unlikely that this is caused by a new set of HID's. Just pm bimmer95, or go to understeer.com and get the customer service number from there.

Oh, I must have missed the "prefer calls" line. Thanks!
Hey, I did, and now he claims he never said something specific and of course I have no proof. Gosh, if I had it in writing...

Did you ground it correctly? making sure that the wires are not touching or expose to other metals? If you purchase from Apexcone (their DDM site) its best to call them.
