Help guys.. ive noticed my car makes a noise when in gear and low rpm. If i turn the car on and press the brake, shift to drive (auto) but do not press on the accelerator, it makes a noise which is becoming louder. Kinda weird but the only way i can explain it is like a whistle or squeak with like a vibration. I dont feel the vibration but you can imagine what a vibration sounds like. i plugged in the diagnostic tool and gives me an "EVAP valve stuck closed" code. when i listen, the noise seems to come from somwhere right by the engine, intake manifold somewehre there. any help, id like to fix this on my saturay off. thanks

Search "evap canister", you may find your answer. I suppose it could be cracked or leaking hence the noise BUT, that has nothing to do with the trans though that could be coincidence.
