i know what it means i jsut cant figure out exaclty what is wrong i have looked at all the fuel hoses under the rear fender and the fuel filter unit in the trunk nothing seems to be leaking or cracked not sure what needs to be replaced any info will help and no i do not really want to take it in nor do i have the time.

P0446 is like a misfire code for the evaporative recovery system. A dozen things can cause it to set. And none of them are easy to find. You may have to bite the bullet if you want this one cleared up.

It is an electrical side if it, not the fuel lines.
