Is the site apexcone.com working for anyone else? Did they change their website address?
I purchased some HIDs from them a while back, and one of them recently went out. I am trying to contact them, but there hasn't been any sucess.
I thought they were active again.

They can be reached at (858) 565-1742 or you can contact whoever you ordered from originally for a warranty replacement.

Speaking of, I ordered my Apexcone's from you guys (understeer), and I've had some wierd thing recently where every 1/5 start ups, the right HID won't turn on. Any idea what this could be? Other than that, I absolutely love them, and have had no other problems to date.

Make sure that you have the low beam connector plugged directly in to the ballast, instead of looping the wiring through the headlights first, and that the external wire on the HID bulbs isn't shorting against the cutoff shield inside the headlight. Most of the "bad" ballasts that get shipped back by E36 owners end up working 100% fine on the test bench because they overlooked those installation issues.
