Me and the g/f are getting bored of doing the same old stuff all the time. We really need a hobby to share. What around here do you guys recommend for fun outside the house?

-i play hockey, a lot. like three times a week, going to an international tournament in 3 weeks.

-go to Mavs hockey games and CU basketball games.

-work my ass off.

-work on teh e30

-we go to some of the cool stuff at the joslyn, they have a young art patrons thing that is pretty neat, its like $100 for a year membership, gets you into the museum and they they do quarterly events with free f00d and booze, good networking event.

-i'm on the marketing committee for the Omaha Press Club, so we do those events too.

I'm trying to get my gf to come drive her car (volvo wagon :buttrock) at the next autox.

You could always head over to harbor freight and get drunk/do burnouts with the cool kids!

You don't know about harbor freight!?, its not as bad as it used to be. During last winter you could usually find 30people and 10-15 cars there on a weeknight. All the kids would hang out and drink, do burnouts and try to drift the parking lot. This went on for the better part of 8months before the police finally kicked them out of the place.

I was joking about going there, but no one got the joke :(

My problem? I don't spend enough time at home !! Get out of the house? I'd love to have the time to just hang out at the house :help

...hum come to St Louis with us for the last DE of the year then take her to the Arch and some clubs in East St Louis

- let's go karting in KC this winter

- could have gone to the Black Hills with us. your GF would have loved that

- winter is coming...maybe you need to find fun things to do inside (please don't make me spell this out to you)

- it's Halloween, take her out for dinner and then visit a few haunted houses. I think we are going to do this Saturday. Wife'y/GF's love to be scared and hang on tight to you :devillook

OK, I'm a home owner...fun things to do outside?
- rake leaves (yeah)

- wine with the wife'y in the hot tub (better)

- spending time in the garage with my toys (ops, wife'y not thrilled)

- build fire in fire pit, fire up hot tub, crack open a bottle of wine...
