I just bought a 95 318ti and I want to put a SC on the car.

I called DA and they only sell it for 96 and up M44 engine.

Where can I get a kit ?

ive got no idea but is it a club sport?

They do make the kit for your year, I have one.

go onto 318ti.org and ask there i thought DA made an SC for the M42

what kind of power are you guys getting for a 318i with SC? Will the SC work on just a regular 318is?

The DASC setup will get about 215 based on their website, but i think 195 is more realistic. it will work on the m42, I'm not sure why they said it wouldn't.

Grassroots Motorsport magazine had an M42 / DASC build write-up earlier this year. It said that Downing was working towards a kit for the M42--You should look for the article and see about how far you'd go without their kit being final and/or contact them with it in hand and ask about when they'll be ready.

BTW, mine dyno'd at 170rwhp before the lightweight flywheel and on 91 octane--Guessing it might hit 175 range since the lighter fly went in and on higher octane. It's no drag king, but it sure makes the 318 more fun.
