Hey guys,

I'm putting up my daily driver for sale. I recently took a new job which requires me to drive rather long distances and I simply can't afford the gas mileage anymore. This was the last model of the E38 body style, and the best of the 7 series bmw models IMO. The car has a clean title, never been in an accident, and very clean inside and out. Here's some info on the car:

- Recently replaced the radiator, radiator hoses, and expansion tank
- Recently replaced the $800 watercooled alternator

- Mobil 1 synthetic oil change w/ bmw factory filter every 5000 miles

Hey guys,

I'm almost set to purchase my new car, and I will be forced to trade it in if its not sold in the next week or two. I wanted to give one last shot to the forum guys to jump on a hell of a deal. I'm only asking $12500 FIRM, which is only a little more than what the dealership offered me, but you have to hurry!

Just some updated things about the car.

1.) Car currently has 85k miles on it
2.) Tires need replacing ASAP
3.) Someone knicked the left corner of the rear bumper. It cracked some of the plastic but it isn't noticable.

Couple questions for you.

Did you get the windshield rubber fixed?
Is there something stained on the carpets or os it just the photo?
What should it cost to ship to Long Island (anyone)?

1.) No I have not replaced the rubber seal yet, but I do have the part which I purchased brand new from my local dealer.
2.) There is a stain in the carpet, but its nothing that won't come out. Its just been a while since i've had the car fully detailed.
3.) I'm not sure exactly how much it will cost to ship to Long Island, but generally it will run anywhere between $800 to $1000 for a good transporter.
