For some reason my car has developed an annoying sputter. It causes a slight studder while I am driving and it causes the engine idle to go up and down (between 900 and 1100 rpm). I think that I have an exhaust leak also. Oh yeah, there is a constant hissing coming from the throttle body during idling. Once the rpm's increase, the hissing stops. I don't know if I have a vacuum leak, a fouled plug, or if the exhaust leak is causing these issues. Does anyone out there have a clue because I don't.

When I leave the stop position real fast, I get some black smoke out the tail pipe.

Black smoke means too much gas. You probably have a vacuum leak from one of the hoses connected to the throttle body, (2 on the left, one on the right). Might as well go and get 10 feet of vacuum tube from the auto store and replace all of the tube.
