Hi Guys,
Sadly :( I wrecked my 1998 Dakar Yellow M3 last week.
Of course before the crash I had babied it and never drove it aggressively.
The car hit a light pole and then ran over a curb. I am attaching the pictures with the damage for you to assess.
I am not a mechanic or mechanically inclined so I can't answer very specific questions.

The car has only 78K miles on it. I got a new clutch & lightweight flywheel with less than 1K miles on them. It has an cold intake and the engine had been chipped. It has a stromung exhaust and bilstein shocks with less than 10K miles on them.
The interior is excellent.

Since I have to post a price, I will post a starting price of $7000 OBO. This is for the whole car AS IS.

Thanks for looking. Now let me go and cry over my loss :(

Regards,
Kiki

SOME RULES:-

I will not part out for parts. This is for the whole car only. You can do whatever you want with it.
I will not be able to take it to a mechanic to tell specific damage.
I will not ship. However, if you want to arrange shipping, I will be glad to get the car loaded. Car is in Orlando, FL.
I can take more pictures if you want and try and answer you questions as much as possible.

Sorry to hear and now see the aftermath of the wreck. Sounds like your OK, right? That is the most important thing considering what happened.

Take care

As you can see the damage is to the left side and front left side only.
The rims are broken and the from suspension is probably gone too.

I will try and take more more pictures and post them today.

Thanks.

Probably needs a front cradle(kmember) control arms, strusts sway bar. A few hours on a frame master machine to pull the unibody. Very sad but the buyer may be better off parting it our unless he's very knowlegeable about rebuilding cars and car find a good deal on used parts.

Wow, sorry about your car. One question though, how do you hit the light pole and then run over a curb?
