I seem to have some kind of moisture problem. The radio keeps shorting out. But If I put the heat on the radio dries out and works fine. Can't seem to find the water problem.

If you open the hood and look in the scuttle where the wiper motor is, there are two wire bundles that go through the bulkhead to the interior. These are notorious for leaking, especially the one on the passengers side. What happens is that derbies build up in the scuttle and block the drains allowing water to build up and leak in around the wire bundle. The drains are square channels at the lowest point on the right and left side of the scuttle, clean them out and inspect the wire bundle seals.

I was digging around on bigcoupe to find something for helping. Did not find anything after about an hour, so, I was going to point the OP to the site himself.

OT, in your garage listing it says (I think) you have an L6. Any pics?

No its not the l6 its an 89 635. Its still a baby only 75000 miles but its the little things that are driving me crazy.

after you clean out those drains, go to the parts store and get some RTV silicone gasket maker...comes in a tube and works like caulk...just put a bead of it around that group of wires going through the bulkhead and seal 'em up.
