The short answer: No, the Offset of ET 40+ is wrong. For the Six, you are generally looking for an ET of around 20mm

The long answer: The '95 325 is an e36 (Look it up here (http://www.unixnerd.demon.co.uk/enumber.html))

Go to the site below and select e36 under the menu "Auswahl anzeigen:" and it will show you pictures of all of the wheels that came on th e36. Select the one you want and all of the specs will be shown in the panel on the right. If you notice, the 3er is listed as having an ET of 40+ mm. The same wheel more then likely came on other cars with different specs, so you can browse the pics for a wheel that you like and then see which cars it came on.

Here is a site that list all of the wheels that BMW made with their specs and pics: http://felgenkatalog.auto-treff.com/ (http://felgenkatalog.auto-treff.com/)
