just over a month ago i bought something from factor one garage.

i never recieved a comfirmation email from them,
but i did get a print out of the internet recipt and my credit card did clear the following day.
i have sent them numerous email and tried calling their shop.
no repies from the emails and the phone number is "no longer in service"

should i go to my bank and try to get my money back?
