Man, you need to provide more information than that. The only way you could have been more vague is to say 'Are there any special issues when replacing the radiator thermostat on a vehicle". What year, what engine? slow325es 10-17-2007, 11:21 PM it is a cake walk what do you want to know pm me or just ask questions do you want me to get on the phone and do a step by step? just let me know but i recomend taking it to a stealership or bmw shop unless you think you can do it with out F-ing anthing up. bimmer_boyis 10-20-2007, 06:30 PM Dude it's literally a 15 minute job. Taking the fan off helps, but otherwise just take off 3 10mm bolts and 1 13mm bolt. remove, clean mating surface, install new map thermostate. Torque the 10mm bolts to 10nm and the 13mm bolt to 21nm. done. peteymedic 10-23-2007, 08:27 PM bump |
