it is a cake walk what do you want to know pm me or just ask questions do you want me to get on the phone and do a step by step? just let me know but i recomend taking it to a stealership or bmw shop unless you think you can do it with out F-ing anthing up.

Dude it's literally a 15 minute job. Taking the fan off helps, but otherwise just take off 3 10mm bolts and 1 13mm bolt. remove, clean mating surface, install new map thermostate.

Torque the 10mm bolts to 10nm and the 13mm bolt to 21nm. done.
