So some of you know I just recently put my 2001 540 for sale.Although I enjoyed that car a lot the time came where I had to say goodbye. The reason for this sale was because I was able to find the car I was originally looking for when I bought the other one at the beginning of December last year. Here is my new beast. Please excuse the dirty appearance it hasn't been detailed or washed since I got it because I was out of town for work. Also have ordered the tow hitch flap for the front from the dealer since apparently it was lost in transit of the vehicle.

Here's some info on the car:

2003 Alpine White M5, 78,000 Mile, One Owner, Clean Carfax. My friends that are dealers found it for me and got a really good deal on it. It was at another dealership, they had just changed out the brakes, clutch, and tires. It has the cluster problem but already getting Advantage BMW to fix it for me but they are just waiting on the parts. I had Advantage also do a complete inspection and oil change on the car and they said that the car is super healthy and well taken care of. Fully loaded with bluetooth, PDC, rear shade, and extended leather package.

Without further ado here are some pictures of the new car. After seeing some other alpine white cars I think the first Mod i am going to do is change out the kidneys to the blacked out kidneys. Really give it a nice look.

I think that is my favorite stock e39 M5 of all time. love the white, and the two-tone leather is awesome yet subtle at the same time. also Im a huge fan of M5s with would trim, the brushed aluminum just doesnt do anything for me in a 5 series.

excellent deal on the black grilles. mine fit perfectly and look awesome

Thanks for the compliments, Yeah I wasn't a fan of the aluminum either that is normal on the sport seats that I got. The guy that originally bought the car had them put in wood instead of the aluminum and i think it looks a lot nicer that way. Mixes a sport look with a luxury feel.

Wow - what a beauty. Love the interior - some of the black/red interiors I've seen don't do much for me - too garish. This one with the gray/gray is just awesome, though!

Enjoy your ride (I'm sure you will!)

From the nicest low milage 2003 M5 to the ragged 528i that has turned 300k miles, all e39 drivers are very lucky folks.

I just got back from THE BEST drive I've ever experienced, and I could not drive slow enough. For me it's all about who's in the passenger seat these days.

I thought about this thread and grinned, imagining how it must feel to turn that key. E39 Power!

Yeah that is one thing that I need to do. My girl hates that it isn't tinted enough. Any recommendations on the amount for Alpine white?

The only other mod i want is like i stated the black kidney's cause i feel it makes it really hot

Do you know how hard it is to find an Alpine White M5??? All the more with the Gray/Black Interior?!?!? Brandon couldn't have said it better...only a few men will ever get a slim chance for a car like yours!!! It's a beauty!!! I envy you sir!!! :urtheman

P.S. May I make a suggestion? Replace the wood trim and install aluminum trimming or maybe the gloss black trim? You're car would be perfect! :woot:

Yeah I have seen all three setups and at first i used to like the brushed aluminum, but after getting this car and taking a picture of it, I really like the setup. It gives it a nice contrast. Don't like the polished black at all.

415, i see you got the matte black grills too...seems like a great mod for the Alpine White.

Also, I have always loved the Alpine White on a BMW, I wasn't aware that it was that rare a color on the car.

To everyone especially the Alpine white guys, im about to place and order for the kidney grills and was wondering if the matte black ones that you have all around are gonna look hotter or the ones that are painted the color of your car around the edges and then the grill part is just blacked out.

I like the way you guys cars look but just wanted a final opinion before pulling the trigger. I think it will look nicer than the stock chrome grills.

Yeah that was what I was talking about. I think im leaning more towards the all matte black look to match the trim on the car.

Yeah some people aren't into the sports seats.
