Just bought a 79 633Csi Euro a month ago. Got a sweet deal. It was bought in Germany and driven for a couple years. The man moved to Michigan and had it shipped here. Converted the cluster to American units. Drove it a few more years but never in the winter or rain. He put it in storage where it spend nearly 20 years. I found it right after it came out of storage. It has 50,000 miles on it and absolutely gorgeous. I replaced the rims and tires, high perf. Bavarian Auto wires, cap and rotor, Bosch Platinum plugs, rebuilt all of the calipers which were seized and that's about it. Just bought a new stereo and speaker which I have yet to install. By the way, I paid under $4k for it.

After seeing pics of other's sharks, I realized that the hole under the stereo should have a grill over it. Would anyone know where I could find one? Also need a cluster or the glass (plastic) that covers it.

Thanks,
Chris

Thanks,

The grill tells that the car is equipped with AC. If you don't have AC in your car you have extra storage room there.

Ahhhhhh, gotcha. I figured it was a grill covering the storage. Thank you.
