Is it easy? I wont want to end up with bubbles beneath. Only reason I ask is because I have never used the tech with water involved.

you can do the black tape mod, which is where you put black tape or u can paint the reflector around the projector. this gives it more of the hid look and it looks very very sexy.

i thought the HID kits were like $150-250... at least thats what i thought they were on understeer.com i thought it said Apexcone HID kits were that much.. am i wrong here?

no your friend is confusing hids with headlights.

please to explain how to do the cut off mod. im sick of the high up kick

There was a thread regarding the cut-off mod around here somewhere. I went to a local hardware store to find some high temperature adhesive, but came back empty handed. Need to do more research on it.


It basically involved taking the lens apart and gluing a metal sheet over the cutout in the lens.

I was thinking along the same lines, but the cutoff line isn't going to line up very well with the passanger side unless you adjust it pretty high.
