so my wife has a 98 ti, i love the car to death but it is so slow its unbelieveable, it dosnt like to get out of its own way, anywho, i am super swamped with work...... i work 7 days a week, 4 to midnight at a prison..... anywho is there any shops in the mid east coast that are good with m swaps and also i need to find her a deck lid... where in the world can i find one of those..... sorry if these are dumb questions, i am a vw person... i dont know really anything about bmw's

sell the z3 and jeep. then go to a local bmw dealer for the deck lid, is that american for boot/trunk lid? while your there try ask a technician outside for some "advice" BUT schniedly ask him if he fancies a weekend job of fitting your m3 engine. it will work, probably, just depends if you agree on a price. he'll probably just give you his cell number and it will go from there. if you go through with it, it will be installed by a bmw trained techy, so there are no worries of bodging/cutting corners.
