Just wanted to clarify what happened here. I finally reached the seller and he is working on returning my $100.

For the record, Adam has sold his side skirts to someone else on ebay and I still don't have my $100 back yet.

SELLER ALERT Paypal wasn't able to get my money back even though the case was decided in my favor. I was able to get in touch with Adam early on, and he sounded like he was trying to get my money back (and I gave him the benefit of the doubt) but he has since disappeared and does not answer his cell phone nor does he return his voicemails. He sells on ebay under the name adam0613 with a spotless feedback until recently; he got negative feedback on a $290 DINAN strut bar and M3 mirrors. He is also currently selling a Marshall's gift card. If anyone has any idea how to get through
