I just ordered some cooling system parts a couple days ago. I believe I spoke to "Eve" I'm almost positive that's his name. Just call their customer service number, should be no biggie.

I also like to talk with Yves (Eve). He generally gives me a 5% E34.net discount every time I order. I've also started to buy my VW parts there too. Not as fast as GermanAutoParts.com but cheaper.

Either Patrick or Yves (as they're the owners). I usually call Patrick and ask him to give me his best price. If I don't like it I haggle. Typically they'll beat anyone out there.
