My friend Dave and I are looking for roommates for another condo that his dad owns. Its right in town and can either be for 2 or 3 people, these are brand new units nobody has ever lived in them. Please pm me or 328ijunkie (dave) if you are interested! Thanks

The rebuild actually went pretty well, the lakehouse is still Dave's parents place but they got a condo closer to campus, it is actually right before Clemson Place on the other side of downtown...
